Yes! All Canadian orders include free shipping with a tracking number so you can follow your GillyFlowers piece on its journey to you.
For our international customers, flat-rate shipping options are available—please reach out for details. Any applicable taxes, duties, or tariffs charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer, as these fees are determined by customs authorities and are outside of GillyFlowers’ control.
Do you have a retail store?
At this time, GillyFlowers is an online boutique only and does not have a retail storefront or studio open to the public. All orders are placed through our website and shipped directly to you. If you have any questions before purchasing, we're always happy to help through our contact page.
Are all GillyFlowers products handmade?
Each GillyFlowers piece begins with original artwork created in my studio, then transforms into a thoughtfully designed accessory. While some components are crafted with the help of trusted Canadian partners, every item is created with care — from choosing materials to the final finishing touches.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?
We want you to love every GillyFlowers piece you bring home, which is why we offer our Happiness Guarantee. Your shopping experience should be as joyful as the artwork you purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.
